Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Welcome to Invitely. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Invitely's website, dashboard, and invitation-hosting services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Invitely

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You may create, customize, and publish digital invitations, manage guest lists, and collect RSVPs through the Service. You agree not to use Invitely to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam guests outside the scope of an event invitation.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the invitation content, images, and guest information you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Invitely a limited license to host, display, and transmit it solely to operate the Service — for example, rendering your invitation page and sending RSVP confirmations.

You're responsible for having the necessary rights to any photos, text, or guest data you upload, and for complying with applicable privacy laws when inviting guests.

3. Guest data and RSVPs

When guests respond to your invitation, Invitely collects the information they submit (name, RSVP status, and any optional fields you configure) on your behalf. You act as the data controller for that guest information; Invitely acts as a processor. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Some features may be offered as paid plans. Where applicable, pricing and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep Invitely available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to Invitely, other users, or third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invitely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice before they take effect.
